Hey there!
I hope you are enjoying the weather on this beautiful today 🙂
I wanted to share a quick leftover trick with you all today because I don’t know about you, but sometimes I just get sick of eating the same meal for a couple of days in a row.  When I make my marinara meat sauce, it’s takes quite a bit of time, so I make a HUGE batch of it.  A link to that recipe (from my old posts) is here! I usually freeze a good portion of it, but I leave enough so that we can eat on it for a couple of days; to me, spaghetti is one of those leftovers that almost tastes better as leftovers.  But after I had it for dinner, my daughter fed and covered herself in it, I had it for lunch a day and now I’m on the 3rd day, it’s time to switch it up with the remaining sauce.  SO, I decided to pair the leftover sauce with some garlic bread and toasted raviolis instead!  I swear, these raviolis are as good as you’d get at any restaurant (I’m lookin’ at you, Olive Garden and Harry Caray’s) and they take like 10 minutes to make in the oven – even faster if you use your toaster oven, I’ve discovered.  So I make the raviolis and use my marinara as a dipping sauce and use my bread as though I were eating chips and salsa and just smother it in the marinara.
**Please note –  use whatever sauce you prefer to make or buy – this is about ease and convenience 🙂
You can find the toasted ravioli in the freezer section of the grocery store, next to the frozen bread. Â I’ve added a pic below of the kind I prefer (the beef ravioli). Â They also usually have just cheese or sausage/cheese combo.
Enjoy!
